Refund & Return Policy

At Intrinsic Creations, all of our products are custom-printed on demand through our manufacturing partner at the time of your order. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory or warehouse, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color choice, or sizing errors.

We provide detailed sizing charts on our product pages. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a proper fit.

Damages, Misprints, and Defects

We want you to love your items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily arrange a free replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us at austin@intrinsicreations.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo showing the damage or printing error.

Please do not mail items back to us. Because we operate entirely on-demand, we do not accept physical returns at a studio address. Once we verify the photo of the defect, we will immediately submit a replacement order on your behalf.

Lost or Missing Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier directly before reaching out to us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, because our products are custom-made to order, please note that under EU law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Refunds

If a replacement is unavailable for a verified defective item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
