Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Intrinsic Creations. All of our products are custom-printed on demand through our fulfillment network at the time your order is placed.

Production & Processing Times

Because every item is made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. This production window is separate from transit shipping times. Production times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Estimates (Transit Times)

Once production is complete, your order will ship directly from our printing facilities. Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. International shipping outside of the United States typically takes 10 to 30 business days depending on your location and local carrier processing. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking tracking number once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, Intrinsic Creations is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or secondary carrier charges applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact your local postal carrier directly to file a claim. If your package is officially deemed lost in transit by the carrier, or if it arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at austin@intrinsicreations.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement for you.
